Fun for a tailgate party or fabulous for an outdoor party, cookout or barbecue – you could use any combination of vegetables – even co-ordinating the colors to support your favorite team.

ANTIPASTO ON A STICK

antipasto skewers

1 can of black olives, drained

1 small package fresh mushrooms

fresh mozzarella balls

cherry tomates

1 package of mixed broccoli and cauliflower

1 bottle of prepared Italian salad dressing

salt and pepper to taste

wooden skewers

Skewer the vegetables and the cheese in whatever order you prefer. Put the skewers into a wide mouthed jar or glass and add the salad dressing to cover the vegetables. Marinate several hours or overnight. Drain on a paper towel before serving.
