I am loving this cocktail – a recently discovered new favorite!! The slight bitterness of the Cynar and Campari are perfectly offset by the sweetness of the St. Germain. It is an absolutely wonderful combination.
THE CHEAP DETECTIVE
2 ounces St. Germain
1 ounce Cynar
3/4 ounce Campari
Grapefruit wedge
Stir the St. Germain, Cynar and Campari with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish a grapefruit wedge.
