I had half a can of cream of coconut in the refrigerator, and this sounded like a delicious way to use it up.

COCONUT DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL

coconut daiquiri

4 ounces cream of coconut

1 ounce white rum

4 ounces coconut vodka

juice from 1 lime

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a martini glass.
